Creative Mobile Solutions in partnership with Remote Picture Labs (RPL), is supporting ESPN’s Wimbledon 2025 coverage by providing a fully cloud-based post production workflow that enables global collaboration across multiple locations.

Building on the success of their 2024 Wimbledon integration, CMSI and RPL have now transitioned all of ESPN’s post production operations to the CMSI-powered RPL cloud. Editors are working from ESPN’s headquarters, regional facilities, and remote locations across the U.S., U.K., and Canada.

The workflow includes industry-standard editing tools Avid Media Composer and Avid MediaCentral. File transfers are managed with Signiant, media processing is handled through Telestream Vantage, and ingest/playout operations are supported by EVS IPDirector. Secure remote access is powered by HP Anyware, allowing ESPN’s production team to maintain speed and quality across time zones.

CMSI’s cloud-based infrastructure allows ESPN to meet the tight turnaround demands of live Grand Slam tennis coverage without sacrificing creative flexibility. All editing systems are fully integrated through the RPL cloud, enabling efficient, decentralized post production.

Wimbledon 2025 marks another major milestone in CMSI and RPL’s ongoing mission to innovate remote broadcast production through scalable, cloud-based technology.
